Sharpness is great. The grip is comfortable.

I replaced a well used paring knife. The replacement is almost an exact replacement except the blade is not as thick, but perfect in every other way.

When my wife misplaced this knife that we had previously bought, I told her I was going to purchase another as this is the ONLY knife that I like to use. I have always been impressed with the sharpness, balance and durability that I have come to expect from Henckels. I highly recommend this knife!

This is a great paring knife. I had one for years and it never lost its cutting edge, no stains and still looked brand new even with all the us e until it fell into the garbage disposal while on and the handle received some damage. Hence, the replacement. If your looking for a strong, dependable, lifelong paring knife, I can’t recommend this a better than this one.

Great knife, just what I wanted & needed for small jobs.

Very nice as all my others. Perfect weight and length. Nice to have included the tip guard like larger knives. The other older various sizes sharpen well and have kept their shine.
