Comfortable but poor quality control
Great style and comfort but terrible quality and customer service. Waited almost 5 months for chaise and matching swivel dining chairs. Middle legs on chaise do not touch the ground by 1/2-3/4" due to mis-welded frame! Called customer service and was referred to 3rd party US Quality Furniture Service in 3 weeks for inspection, then they were a no-show! Called next day to find out what happened and got no explanation but a reschedule for another week out! I just want a new chair that is free of flaws!

The lounge is part of a full set of outdoor furniture that is well constructed, attractive and very reasonably priced.

Great Purchase!
I purchased this chaise last spring to lay back and relax in our cozy backyard space. It's so comfortable that even my 2 yr. old races me to it. The quality is very good (typical of Macy's items#. I brought it in for the winter #my husband's recliner hadn't arrived yet), put it in our bedroom, put my fur throw and pillow on it, and that was all she wrote! ...just ordered another one along with the umbrella to complete my set for the summer.
