[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have is the people who tare towels from it still manage to leave the roll with the towels not held in place by the tension bar or leave carelessly torn towel sheets. That's a people problem not a design problem. If you have careless people, don't waste your money.

This is the finest paper towel holder I have ever purchased. Very well thought out, this design i fixed corrects every problem that existed with previous standard roll holders. "Simply Tear" are the operative words here! While the paper towels can easily spin, the grip clamp applies a mild pressure to the roll which allows you to tear off a single sheet, or several as needed. Highly recommended!

Moving to a new home in SW Florida with fans moving air around it became imperative that I move up from the common towel holder to this tremendous OX O (simply tear paper towel holder). I love it!
Works great on new rolls but as the roll diameter decreases, it does not rotate very well. You have to manually turn the roll!
