[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've worn this bra for years. Very comfortable for an underwire. The lace band is stretchy and doesn't bind. The band will stretch out a bit over time, but 4 sets of hooks allow for easy adjustment.

Very soft and fits perfectly

I bought and expensive bra and initiated an online return. I clicked on the correct option, it didn’t, work I need a return label instead of the wr code for the store return. Macys has zero customer service. There is no one to talk to other than an AI chat that doesn’t work. The bra was sent squashed up and wrapped in brown paper. It seems like they could do to better than that. Macy’s stinks.

Love this style and have bought before - Very pricy so waited until I had a birthday discount code to buy several more. The lace trim and band is pretty, soft and comfortable. However, the sizing is weird at least for me... I know because I tried on several in the store years ago when I first bought this. I usually wear 36B in Calvin Klein and other brands for example - but oddly that looked way too big and in this stylre I bought 34C. Not really my size but that is what fits. Bras are not a good item to buy online unless you already own the one you are purchasing...in my opionion.
