I am satisfied with my purchase.

The duvet cover was supposed to come with 2 pillow shams which were not included. The product looked as though it had been repackaged which may account for why there were no shams. Additionally, the description on the web site indicated that it was a button closure, but it is a zipper. I did not return the product because I do like the duvet, but I feel I should receive some compensation for not receiving the shams.

We just opened the package and found out the two shams are missing. We purchased at Fashion Island Newport Beach. But the lady was very nice. She was very helpful. I will go to Macy's tomorrow near my doctor's office in Santa Ana to complain and show the photo of our bed. Please contact me.

I ordered this TWICE and each time it was not delivered. I have nothing to say about the item because I never received it. Customer service was pleasant, very slow, and did not manage to resolve the problem. No thank you.

The weight of the fabric and quality is so good. It is oversized so fits nicely over the bed.

The fabric for this duvet cover is very lightweight and thin, not at all like a quality product. It is just fine for our lake house spare bedroom.
