Love this hand cream! It's rich and really creamy. It sinks into the skin and lasts a very long time. The only minus is the smell is more medicinal than I would prefer.

I had been experiencing a serious, itchy rash on the back of my hands. It would get worse the more I washed my hands. I work in restaurants, so I had to wash them many times a night. I was starting to become discouraged because no lotions were helping. I was trying 100% shea, cheap, expensive, natural and the most serious pharmaceutical creams. Nothing worked. Then I ordered this hand salve and started using it day & night and every time I washed my hands. It really worked to restore my skins' barrier and now I feel so much better. I used to scratch my hands raw because they were so itchy. Now they are soft and supple and I am no longer embarrassed to show off my engagement ring!! Thank you Kiehls!!!

I received the Hand Salve with a Christmas gift last year . When I finally used it on the back of my hands, I knew that I finally found a great hydrating product ! You should try this! It’s hydrating, not oily!

I started using Kiehl’s over a year ago and can see a noticeable difference in my skin. Crows feet are gone and skin is softer. Very happy with the products.

I wash my hands constantly and work with my hands a lot. This is the only hand cream I've found that instantly soothes dryness without making my palms slippery. It acts like an invisible protective glove. It’s a bit of an investment, but a tiny dab goes a long way, and nothing repairs severe dryness like this.
