32MM Tommy Hilfiger Leather Reversible Dress Men's Belt

I bought this belt online. Never received it but Macys sent me a replacement. The one I received as replacement was small. So I came to the store to exchange it. The manager there took it and made me purchase the exchange piece. She confirmed that the customer service will refund my card for the one she took. So I ended up paying for 2 belts and I got only one. She must have lied about the refund. I tried to contact Macys customer service but so far no answer. So the belt is good. But I’m still waiting for the refund. It’s been more than 2 weeks.

This belt is synthetic leather. Like most of the descriptions on Macy's website, you can't always believe the description. This is the 4th belt I have ordered from Macy's, and all of them are labeled as genuine or just leather. However, when you examine the belt, it is stamped with "Synthetic Leather or bonded leather".

The description states that the belt is made of original leather, but the belt itself says it is made of synthetic leather.

Good quality reversible belt perfect for casual or dress. Item was delivered as advertised on time and undamaged.

Purchased this belt in August, for a September Wedding abroad. Wore the belt to the wedding and it broke - clearly faulty. Contacted Macy's after the 30 day return window as I was still out of the country - refused to do anything since it was past the 30 day window. Sold me a faulty item & refuse to acknowledge it.
