Miyabi Evolution 5.25" Prep Knife

Great knife! Sharp blade and feels like great quality!

I have just added this knife to my collection of Morimoto Edition knives and couldn't be happier with it. I now have a 3.5" paring, 7" rocking santoku, and 9.5" chef's knife. This was the missing knife in my collection of Miyabi knives and I love it. It makes deboning chicken a breeze. And is small enough but versatile enough that my wife will appreciate. The chef's and santoku was too large for her to handle and the paring knife was too small to tackle the everyday job. I HIGHLY recommend this knife for your everyday needs!!!

You do not have to be a 5 star chef to use these knives. It is now my favorite knife. I love it so much that I bought an entire set. I would highly recommend this to ANYONE who cooks. And the best part, is that they will last a lifetime.
