Love GreenPan products and have been using them for many years. This pot is the perfect size for daily use. I make soups and noodles on the daily and it is a workhorse. It is not heavy, easy to wash, and very durable.
I like this saucepan a lot.
Tried Gotham first, not acceptable for cooking eggs
A good pot that does everything well, easily cleaned. But the handle is 1" too short and it really could use a helper tab opposite the handle as a water-filled pot is a bit of a strain for lesser mortals.
The handle conducts too much heat, impossible to make even ramen and be able to hold the handle to remove fro the cooktop.
We really like the Green Pan cookware! It is the healthy alternate non-stick pans.
I needed a good sized pan for pasta and this is perfect! We use this on our convection stove.
The pots and pans are great even hearing and very non stick.
I bought this for a friend who told me she liked it.
