Out of warranty 2 months from purchase per Samsoni
loved the bag, but 2 months into usage, straps started falling off. Per samsonite website, this bag is out of warranty and will thus require me to pay for shipping to a repair center.

Great quality!

The bag looks very nice. Purchase it in December 2023, the zipper and stitches started to fall apart in March.

Great travel back pack
Husband needed a travel backpack confirming to British airways posted size limits. This is a great pack, my surface pro fit in the back most pocket just like the ad photo. It’s squarish so makes the most of its dimensions. We got on sale. Good purchase
