lampsplus has a very high level of service. On-line service is very informed on their products and made the extra effort to check on a question that I had. They called back the next morning with an answer and took my order over the phone. They are very pleasant and professional to work with.
This came shipped with a broken glass panel. I ordered a replacement which came too small and took weeks to arrive. Then I ordered a replacement for that which took weeks to arrive and was TOO LARGE! I finally took it in to a glass repair company which cost me money but at least I'll finally have it in two days. This was a gift for a client who remodeled their home. Soo disappointing.
Our spec house had a recessed light at our entry - very non-describe and like every other house in the neighborhood. We replaced with this beautiful light, impressing the neighbors! The touch of the brass with the bronze along with the suggested light bulbs makes the 24" light a statement piece and finishes a spec house with a customer house look. The quality exceed our expectation. We are now going to purchase additional Nyack outdoor lighting.

This is truly a stunning fixture. I needed something transitional that presented modern but respected the tradition of a classic NY city brownstone (for parlor entry - 2nd level / stoop). This was perfect. However, I was surprised that this fixture did not have a bottom such that if you stand underneath it, you look into the fixture vs. looking at a base.
