Bissell® 2075A PowerFresh® Slim Steam Mop

Used for general cleaning of ceramic tile floors throughout the house. Holding the trigger in for the length of time required to complete a room a bit difficult. Possible the positioning of the trigger or maybe just the weight of the machine was the cause. I also was somewhat disappointed in how well it cleaned the grout lines. Though I did not use the grout tool, which I will do the next time I try this.

I think the steamer performed well but when I told my daughter about it, she said I should look it up because it’s not recommended for LVP and in the advertisement it said it would be fine now I’m scared to use it because I spent a lot of money on my flooring and I don’t want the steamer to lift the planks.

I have moved to an apartment, and the tile floors were dirty. I bought this product and have done the kitchen floor today. First, I used the big mop head to go over the floor, then attached the angel concentrator and added steam directly to the grout lines. Then I used the grout tool…and finally went back over everything with the big mop head. I am amazed at how clean the floor is without chemicals and it dries quickly. I did read where holding the trigger is tiresome, true, and be very careful when changing the ends…because they are very hot.

Easy to use amd set up. Works great for cleaning floor grout, kitchen appliances, and the stove and oven.

I've always wet mopped my floors and thought a steam cleaner would get them cleaner based on what I read. I was very disappointed. The tool went together easily enough and was simple to operate. It hardly seemed to dampen the floors and the steam wasn't that much. I have matte tiled floors and the steam cleaner just didn't get them clean no matter how many times I passed the mop over. I found it annoying that I had to keep the steam button pressed to get steam. Even with a 25 foot cord it was still a chore replugging it in around my large open space. I returned the cleaner as it just didn't achieve what I wanted.

I ready loved the results on floors, windows, mirrors, appliances and counter tops. I am sure I will enjoy the cleanliness and ease of using this every time.

The reservoir could be bigger. Mopped a small area and had to refill a couple times. Tried it on furniture and found no difference. Tried it on carpet pet soiled spots, used black light a few days later. Spots still visible.

Overall, I found the power fresh to be effective. I had hoped that the steam would be a little bit stronger than it is, but overall it’s done a good job.

Why is the trigger so small? I swear I've gotten a blister from trying to keep the trigger pressed while cleaning my floors. The trigger should be like the crosswave's trigger. I like the steamer but the trigger makes it really hard to use for a long period of time.

Enjoying the purchase. I replaced the one I had for many years.
