Cancelled my order without my knowledge
My necklace was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 5/30/2026. Then I received an email saying that my order was delayed to Monday 6/1/2026. On Sunday 5/31/2026 I received an email that ssd I had supposedly canceled my order and Macy’s was refunding me. I did not cancel the order!!!!! I’m very disappointed in your service as this was a birthday present for my daughter.
