I thought I purchased a 14k Rose Gold Necklace 20 Wheat Chain 9/10mm. I chatted with Macy's to confirm what "9/10 mm" meant. Rachelle D said ".9CM Width!" But the TRUTH is the width is 0.9 to 1.0 mm 100 times narrower than I was told in the chat and 10 times narrower than the description states. My wife loved her birthday present hence the 2 stars

The chain looks sturdy. Exactly what I wanted for my Le Vian pendant!

This 14k rose gold 20" wheat chain actually is a box chain. I assumed that it would be flat. I am keeping it as it pairs beautifully with my Le Vian pendant and will be a sturdy yet feminine compliment to it. While the lobster clasp is small but I find it easy to hook and it feels secure. Love it!

Chain was Fine/Thin though not feather weight, The clasp was the tiniest clasp i have ever had on a chain. If it had been a 24" inch chain I could have just pulled it over my 22" head, dedicated to the one Le Vian Pendant I purchased it for. However my Le Vian piece deserves a better chain and I deserve a more workable clasp. The return to Macy's went well. I am still looking at chains and prices to replace this at Macy's (if the right one becomes available). I only like dealing with Macy's for Jewelry Purchases.

Of all the chains I bought this past fall, this was the one I returned. I just didn't care for the "cut". It wasn't particular special or unique in any way. So my suggestion is to choose a necklace in any style other than the "wheat" chain.

I research and seach every purchase I buy and this was a good deal. It is a very nice chain.
