DO NOT BUY
I ordered this chain online. This is such a horrible chain which I regret my purchase. I will NEVER purchase fine jewelry from Macy’s again. I wore the chain only twice with my pendant. When I was unlocking the clasp to take it off, a link broke. I tried to return it or get it fixed but customer service told me they cannot help me at all without the tag that it came with. I had thrown the tag away without thinking I had a subpar product from Macy’s. Horrible experience.
