I bought two watches I refund this one two months ago Always talk with a representative since then and the only thing they tell me is that I have to wait 15 labor days since 3 months ago They don’t send me the money and in my Macy’s application the information of the refund suddenly desapear I tried to do everything to look the details of my refund and nothing I wonder if they are giving me back my money or the watch or if they don’t have the intention of giving me anything
