[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine in 2012 and have been using it ever since. I recently bought 2 for gifts, for a friend and her college bound daughter. What makes this bag so good is its durability (not a tear or a bad zipper in 12 years), the size (a carry on that is good for a weekend or a week) and the handles that easily go over your shoulder. It is tapered so that when you’re carrying it on your shoulder, your arm can rest comfortably. The fabric is smooth, so you won’t have to worry about the friction ruining your shirt. It comes with a zippered pouch that you can use to store the tote and as a purse. The current version has a sleeve that you can slide over the handle of your roller bag, which makes it perfect!
