MAC Duo-Sided Sharpener

It works and doesn't chop up my pencil like a regular pencil sharpener does

My issue was not so much with this product as it was with the company MAC in general. First this product. It didn't fit my eyeshadow crayon so I returned it. I didn't use it, just tried to insert the crayon and it was too narrow. I returned it, forgetting about how MAC deducts $7 for shipping on returns. After the deduction, I received a $.26 return credit (yes, 26 cents.) What a waste of time to actually package it and bring it to a UPS store, let alone the waste of carbon footprint. I'm embarrassed for MAC that they would even do this. Most other companies (beauty or otherwise) have free returns within a certain period of time. Second, about the MAC products. I've been a MAC user for over 30 years. I used to love MAC products and used it religiously. Over the past 5 years or so, I've noticed a big change in their products from lip glass to eye shadows to the actual plastic palette containers. The product seems to not last as long, lip glass seems more drying and runs out quickly, non matte eye shadows build up too much in the brush, contour products harden to the point I have to use the back of a brush to loosen it up, palette boxes breaking in the same location in two different palettes. I can go on. I've recently switched to other brands like Bobbi Brown, Lancôme and other similar brands. The change has been incredible. Better products and overall results. I'm using up my current MAC products bear I don't want to waste but won't be going back. Buh bye.

Like the versatility of this lip/eye pencil sharpener. You can sharpen your pencils and the shavings are saved in the chamber. And it accommodates both broad and narrow tipped pencils. What's not to like?

i bought this as a unversal sharpener and all it does is chew up my eyeline pencils. I used TM for pencils and they don't fit, so maybe MAC items do. don't waste your 20+ dollars.

Fits my Chanel eyebrow pencil which did not come with one.
