What is happening to Macy's? Ordered this August 7th and it's August 19th and it has not arrived yet. Their delivery used to be prompt up until a few months ago. Within the last 6 months, I noticed that deliveries are delayed or items never arrive. I then have to call to make sure I'm not being billed for something I did not receive. Very disappointing.
Frankly absurd that I need to buy separate clear straps for this. A sheer bra design to be convertible and designed to swap out straps should come with the straps that it's designed to swap out with. I have to look for the ones that are the correct width, it's just dumb
The first one I ordered was perfect so I ordered more but these are aweful. Bent out of shape. Stretched out and fit is not even close..so strange

Shopping at Macy’s is not a good experience! I had to call customer service twice-spending 30mins each time because I didn’t get the 30% off price that showed up when I ordered the items. I was furious! Macy’s change’s prices ad lib. Buyer beware! Check your account after your online purchase for discrepancies on the purchases. This is unfair to the buyer and Macy’s should be ashamed of this practice
