Lenox Butterfly Meadow 3-Tiered Server

I just received this and it has two 8” plates that are identical for the top 2 tiers. Either this is not as advertised or they tried to make a complete set from broken sets.

Amazing product, very useful , love the looks and overall in love with the design and space .

I love it.

The color is off-white, more dull than pictured. Assembly was hard without any instructions and it is not very stable or sturdy post assembly. Design is nice, but not a good make, so to be returned.

I have bought several of these in the past 2 years. They have been used at a fundraiser for THRIVE Appalachia twice and for our friends 90th birthday last month.

The final assembled product is wobbly. Sways like jello.

I received the box with the plates but not the connecting rod. I did not notice until I was about to use it which was past the 60-day window. So Macys says too bad, there is nothing to be done.

The 3 Tiered Sever is beautiful. Assembly was challenging because there were no instructions. Found a tutorial online showing how to assemble. There was a screw, washers (1 large and 2 small) and 6 cushions. The bottom (screw) and top (handle) were obvious but the rest not so much. And after much adjustment was able for it to sit flat on the table.

I love it! It was perfect for my tea party! My husband bought me 2 more.
