Department 56 Replacement Light Bulbs

The product itself, the bulbs, work as expected but one of the four packages I received was obviously a return from likely a previous customer as it had been opened then massively re-taped closed. If I bought it in the store, I would never choose a product that had been opened so I didn't appreciate having one sent to me as part of my on-line order where I have no control over what has been selected for me..
