I never read show reviews for Nine West. Nine West was always a quality shoe. After my third wear, the heel tip came off. I'm shocked by the lack of quality now. I plan to return for a refund or repair.

I can’t believe that I received these shoes and they have been worn and the heel caps are missing! Macy’s this is totally out of line and so not the expectations of your store. I will not make another online purchase.

I wore this shoe for the first time yesterday, all day. While it was comfortable and I truly liked the style and look, I wished I would have read the reviews before purchasing. After taking them off at the end of day, I noticed on one shoe, the tip of the heel came off. Very disappointed in the poor workmanship as the other reviews have noted. However, since I do like the shoe overall, I will go get it fixed in hopes the shoe repair does a better job adhering the tip
