The mascara is actually clumpy and gives me spider lashes. It also actually flakes like throughout the day. Instead of giving me clean, separated, fanned out lashes, it makes my lashes stick together and look messy. The flaking is especially bad because I end up with mascara particles all underneath my eyes. Definitely not worth it.
The mascara definitely made my eyelashes appear much longer than the normal.
She uses her mascara all the time and she doesn't leave the house without it. The young lady who helped her pick it out was great, polite, and knows her mascara.Thank you so much!
5 stars for the mascara. 1 Star to Macy's. Perhaps someone should review the procedures at how this is packaged and shipped. Mine was sent in an envelope and was crushed at one end.

This is the only mascara that works for me. It makes my lashes long so I can put mu eyelashes on. Love it.
It's just like other mascara's some clump, flake other don't. It is more expensive than another brand I love. I am just going to by my original brand. No big deal here for me, except cost. Not as waterproof as I would like it to be either. I swim and it smears in pool water. Buy at your own risk and if you love it... Great.
I've tried so many mascaras, drugstore and high end. (Was using Benefit Bad Girl Bang - I didn't like it, it flaked, irritated my eyes and took ages to remove). I then tried this mascara it is amazing, lovely separated lashes, no clumping, lightweight, lasts all day and doesn't flake, it's easy to use. It's the best, love the look and will continue to buy it. Hopefully they don't change the formula, Another great product from Smashbox!
