Overall, a great quality sauce pan just too small at the bottom. The heat from the smallest burner on our Viking range just can’t keep the flame small enough to properly heat the bottom of the pan and I can’t avoid the handle getting hot
I added this size pan to my original set of three!! I will be needing a bigger stove!! Lol
