It was extremely easy to unpack and put on my queen mattress. It is thick and has a nice pattern adding to it appearance. The pad is easy to wash and has a good amount of cushion on it that makes the bed even more comfortable. Great mattress pad would highly recommend.

I haven’t used it long enough to see how durable it is after watching it. I like how is isn’t make out of plastic so when you move around you don’t hear it.

The item that I purchased appeared to be in the original packaging, however, after close inspection, there were stains on the top part of the mattress cover. I called and reported it to customer service.
