14k Gold Earrings, Onyx Ball Stud Earrings (8mm)

Very nice, good size black earrings, 14k gold posts are a PLUS!!

I’ve already lost one earring! The lock is unstable and easily falls off my ear.

These are the earrings that I wear with almost everything. They can be worn with casual clothing to dressy. I already had a pair and lost one so I had to order another. They're my favorite!

The posts are very thin and the back is so tiny I had a difficult time attaching. None of my larger backs fit the skinny posts…they just slid off. Shame on you for selling this inferior product.

like the earing's, but the earing backs are too loose. I lost one almost immediately.

The stem of the earring is bent and one of the back part that hold the earring in place is broken.

I purchased these onyx balls 7 months ago but did not wear them. When I finally decided to wear them recently, the stem fell out of the ball. I could not believe it and was quite disappointed. I tried to exchange online and was rejected due to the time frame. The store close to me agreed to exchange but did not have the earrings in stock. I have purchased jewelry from Macy’s for years and never experience such cheapness and poor customer service. As a customer and card holder for almost 30 years, shame on you!!!!
