I love the dual-action reversible rack that is great for a big roast, turkey, and additional veggies or potatoes. It is not very heavy, quite durable with good heat distribution and lastly easy to clean. I am definitely using it this Holiday season!
The height of the tray is perfect, it allows plenty of vegetables. . . making it great for a one pan meal

You can use it to make a big cake a double batch of brownies, a turkey, a ham for anything. The size is awesome. You can use it with or without the rack. It has great handles, which gives you great ease when picking up heavy foods. The depth of the pan is wonderful. The nonstick bottom is great. You honestly could cook almost anything in this pan. Also you can use the rack for other uses besides using it in the pan. Cleaning it is a breeze with the non stick coating. I works by another to have on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an easy roasting pan to use. We use it on our smoker and it catches all of the juices from the meat we smoke. We are able to smoke a whole turkey on it and it withstands the heat from the fire so well. This is a great product.

I like the dual height rack option allowing for various cooking styles. The pan has a nice weight to it, not too heavy but not flimsy with good height for the sides. Easy to clean and store when not in use.
