My mom bought me this after I unexpectedly had a cesarian delivery. The compression starts from the gusset and provides amazing support and relief across my incision. The rise comes up to my natural waist and supports the rest of my belly, too. I was in cumberbund-style compression bands in the hospital and these panties are a huge, huge upgrade. I highly recommend for postpartum!

The adjustable tummy control is a great idea. I was intrigued enough to purchase. This product offers moderate control and runs TTS. However, the Velcro sound when taking it off is loud because the Velcro panels are substantial in size on both sides. I know I would be bothered by it in a public bathroom setting, so I returned.
