Tired of baking pans warping the minute they hit heat so I turned to Rachael Ray for a quality pan and I got it. Fantastic heavy duty pan. Heats evenly and absolutely no warping. Looking forward to making our special cookies for the Holidays.

I have made cookies for years and this year I used these pans, THE BEST cookies I have made to date! No scraping, nothing. Love them.
Loved the easy grip handles. Then I discovered they hold dirt/grease and are impossible to thoroughly clean. The pans also warp at any temp over 350. They also scratch easily, and I'm careful to use nylon utensils. I won't be buying this brand again.

Use it all the time with French mat. Husband has washed pan loads of times and it is as new.

I got this b/c it's safe for up to 450F. I baked pumpkin in it and it came out great. Cleaning up the burnt sugar was easy.
