The cake is one piece
Love it cuz always I have to turn over the cake before it gets cold or it will be hard to do so or the cake will break. With this bake tray, you don’t need to wait or worry about the cake will break never , once you open the try ring. The cake is ready

not a good pan
I just received the pan. I opened it up, washed it and went to put it together. The latch does not stay closed. I have to return it.
