This is towards customer service Bought online asked if I can pick up that night went to Northridge mall once I got there, ordered was being processed wanted me to come back the next day, had to re buy a jacket at the store so now I paid double fit one jacket still waiting for my refund the worse customer service never buying again

The size is on the larger side, I have to return it in exchange for a smaller one. I had a same style bought 10 years ago. It still looks great.
