Looks so nice, but, you can't get it wet, at all, and if you got a drop of water on it, it stained. Within 3 days there were watermarks/dark stains all over it. Cleaning the marks with Dawn was ok at first, but then cleaning left marks also. I shouldn't have to clean an expensive soap dispenser daily anyway. I cannot believe this bathroom sink item can't get wet at all, and this product was not tested prior to making it available to the public. It's sad b/c I loved the look of it. Had to leave a review since I ignored those before me who said the same thing.

Poor quality
Stains from water, which is a slight problem in a bathroom. The tissue holder and toothbrush holder are stained and the wastebasket is so horribly heavy that it takes two hands to empty it, and mine chipped on the bottom. I’m lucky it didn’t break the tile. Don’t buy this.

Rusts
Within 2 weeks of purchasing this dispenser (I used it as a liquid soap dispenser), there was rust on the neck of the pump and then brown, rusty soap started oozing out around where the pump screws on to the dispenser. Since most lotions are water-based, I assume the same rust issue will be present when used as a lotion pump. In order to keep my set intact, I plan to throw away the pump that came with this dispenser and replace it with a rust-proof replacement that I purchase online.
