Miyabi Artisan 2 Piece Set

It feels well-balanced and has great adhesion. Food releases from it well, and it feels great in the hand

The knives are so sharp and pretty. They hold well in the hand and everyone is so jealous of them.

Beautiful knives, but The handles didn’t quite fit my hand.

These knives are some of the nicest pieces of touched. They are light weight and razor sharp. I have not had them long enough to comment on how well they hold an edge but so far so good.
