Why did origins change the jar. the new jar is smaller, and the opening is terrible. GO BACK TO OLD MODEL CONTAINER!!!! I have been buying this product regulary over the last 15 years and love it. I got my daughter hooked on it too. But please change the container back.
I have been buying origins products for nearly 30 years. I discovered the brand when I was 18 and was visiting the US for holidays. ( My country of residence us Argentina). Since then ( I'm almost 50 now) it has been my primary skincare. I travel at least twice a year and most of the times I buy in stores and sometimes ( like a couple of weeks ago ) I bought online. It has always been pricy, but I have never regretted until recently buying these products. Tonight I opened this product and found a big air bubble in it. ( I will upload a photograph) . I have read this a recurring issue with some of your products and I can not believe you still sell creams with air bubbles after other clients have warned you before.
I've ordered this and several other Origins products for a decade. I've noticed that as they've started changing the packaging, sizes, and claiming the formula stays the same, in reality, it's not the same product. I have a container of this from months ago that has a particular smell, the new product smells like chemicals. In addition, the new packaging, both containers arrived with HUGE air bubbles in them, where product should be. In the past, this has never been an issue. I talked with customer service and showed them photos and they said that's normal. For a huge amount of a tiny container to be missing. So I'm done with Origins. I'm sure they got bought by some venture capital group and are slowly ruining all of their products so the CEO can buy another yacht.
Love this night cream. I'm 55 yrs old & I recently switched from Lancome to Origins. I also use origins plantscription retinol prior to night-a-mins and plantscription eye (night/day). I find that the plantscription line works best for eyes since it has retinol.
I love the Origins brand. The products are always very high quality. My skin feels hydrated and smooth without feeling oily. I highly recommend this product.
