The positives of this iron are the steam is great, the tip is small so you can get into smaller areas. I love the retractable cord. The problem is it’s heavy and my hand gets fatigued before I’m even done with one garment.

Customer reviews
Very nice iron I like the brand. I purchased this brand in the past. I really like the features that light up where you place the water.
I really like this iron! I’ve been buying Rowenta irons for YEARS. And although I really like them, I thought I’d give this one a try since it had really good reviews. This iron heats up pretty quickly. I think what I really like about it is the weight. It’s heavier than others I have used, but I like this because I don’t have to press so hard down on the fabric. The retractable cord is also a plus.
I like the iron. It gets hot and hoping this one doesn’t start leaking
Chi makes the best products and I was not disappointed with this iron.. good quality. Would recommend for a future purchase to anyone.
Quality Product and prompt delivery
I would give 4 stars, however, the iron leaks water when pressing.
Just want I was looking for, like the way it iron’s how it Shut off and have a cord go back in the iron.
Bought it on sale, good for the price
I’ve had 2 of these in 3.5 years. First one was replaced by Macy’s while still under warranty. The 2nd died just out of warranty. It worked well.. until it didn’t. Developed a hot spot and started to melt clothes even on a low setting. I’m in my 60’s, am the only one who touches any iron in this house and always cared for it well. It looks brand new, but it’s now garbage. I have gone back to Rowenta and can’t say I’m any more pleased with their products either. The only iron I have that never dies is one that is close to 50 years old with a total of about 12 steam holes. The other negative on this iron is not being able to clearly see the water level. What person in a suit, in an office with probably zero ironing experience designed this should know what an epic fail it is. I have tried to add 3 pics but have been unsuccessful
