Placed order for pickup. Went to grab my order and shirt was missing. Called in since it was holidays and lines were busy rep lied and said I would be refunded to date no refund just fraud. Filing report to bbb regarding macys fraud

Cheap T-shirt
It looks pretty decent on the hanger until you try it on. The neck opening is a little bit disproportionately bigger than you’d expect for a fitted t shirt. Also it wrinkles like there’s no tomorrow. Just from trying it on it looks like I have been wearing it for an entire day.
