Beautiful tree and perfect for our home! Does look very realistic!

The tree itself is nice but does not look much like the picture, even after fluffing. I’m thankful I got a deal or else I would of returned honestly. But again, it’s a nice tree and lights are bright.

Worst customer service ever.
Terrible customer support. If I could give zero stars I would. Tree seems fine, lights are working fine tree is what I expected.

Not quite perfect
Great look and feel real needle, but lights failed upon opening assembly. Sporadic strands unlit.

Great Value
Great value. The whole process was easy and seamless. Reviewed many trees at various sites and Macy's had the best value without sacrificing quality.

Don’t buy
Just now assembled this tree. DOES lNOT look full. Wires are wrapped around branches so unable to fluff branches as directed unless you bend bough and un-knot wire. Lost lots of leaves due to excessive handling of branches. Also could have given clearer directions to plug in different sections,

Tree was nothing like the picture or described. It was super thin and just a bad tree.
