The watch came undamaged with almost 50% charge. More than enough to set the watch. Three things I do not like and I took one star off: 1. The rotating bezel does not have "clicks" and can not hold the number value. Always accidentally moves. 2. The leather strap is gorgeous. Thick, great quality. But the holes could be closer together. My wrist is perfect if the hole was between 4th and 5th hole. So i keep it at the 5th hole. Little bit loose but not much. 3. The light for the digital screen is dark orange color. Little bit hard to see the numbers but not as bright as my G-Shock Rangeman with the bright white light. Citizen should consider changing the color of the light to be more user friendly. The watch looks fantastic. Compliments all the time. The watch is not too big (not like Invicta Noma 4), not too small (like Casio Forester). Somewhere in between which makes it masculine, sporty, and really beautiful overall. The manual can be downloaded from the web. Easy to set it up.

I received this watch as a gift. By the time my special day came and I opened it, the watch was clearly dirty, scratched, and the band was wrinkly and used. The previous owner of this watch registered it under his name, and I’m locked out as the owner. I can’t even set this watch making this purchase a huge waste of money and time. Customer service and the CS manager did not care and only repeated that it was past the return date by not long. They took no accountability for sending a used and damaged watch. They even refused to tell me how to correctly set it and even refused to change the owners name in the system. No instructions were included. My family hasn’t bought from Macys since this happened. Too many other sellers out there that care about their customers. If you must buy from them, don’t expect help from Macys, and if you plan to give as a gift, open it and rigorously check it before wrapping.

Very beautiful watch, stylish and large. It keep very good time, but not any better than my other Ecodrive watches . The difference is, Do you want the Atomic Clock to set your time or do it yourself? I find it no less convenient to manually change the time myself on my other ecodrive watches. To change the time on AT , you must scroll thru all the time zones that are stored in the watch. If you travel ,you must find out which city controls the time for the area you are in. For example, in the Philippines, you must scroll to TPE which is Taipei Taiwan. So, I love the watch, but it does require a learning curve and can be frustrating. And yes , I do recommend it if you are patient to learn.
