This pan fell apart the VERY first time I used it. I have tried reaching customer service and no one has responded. This pan was not cheap but the lid would make you think otherwise.
I purchased this used it once and returned it. The best thing about it is the heavy lid. The pan itself is cheaply made. It's very thin and burned on the 1st use. It is not nonstick! It was uneven and very disappointing. I was replacing my very used paella pan and when my daughter came into the kitchen and heard my diatribe she thought I was talking about my old faithful when I was really talking about the new one. Returned and refunded.
I didn't think I would be able to find a Paella pan that would work on my induction cooktop. This worked perfectly. It browned the rice nicely on the bottom. This is going to be my new favorite pan. I love that there is so much surface space on the pan. I can fry hamburger patties in one batch, it fit 10 patties! I can also brown a whole package of chicken thighs (12 pieces) at once. So happy!
