SL Fashions Sleeveless Pleated Maxi Dress

bought this dress for a formal wedding. Like the fit, hides my faults and this will be most appropriate for the formal affair.

I ordered the dress to ship to the Patrick Henry location. I attempted to try the dress on and prior to getting the dress on it was noticed that the dress was slit all along the seam. Additional dresses were located at the Lynhaven location. I asked could they call to hold the dress. I was told that they dont do that and I would have to call myself. I called no less than 15 times. Unable to get anyone. Hung up on or no on picked up at any location. I had to sit in traffic for almost 2 hours. Im driving to not even know if any are available. I finally get there and the 1 dress they had the zipper was broken on it. Than in store there were no plus size selections. There were physically only 2 dresses on the floor that were a 18 and 1 had a broken zipper and the other was not the color dress I needed. The store had a large selection def bigger than Patrick Henry but to have no plus size dresses was completely ridiculous and a slap in the face to a larger size female. Macy has been my store to go to and I was def let down. The lady at Patrick Henry was not helpful at all. Acted like it was not her problem. I will say that the lady at Lynhaven in dresses went above and beyond to try and help me

Very flattering cut on this dress

I was approached by a friend that had a picture of her in the exact same dress. Only it was 2017. I paid full price for this dress, and I assumed it was newer. It was just disappointing.
