I really liked the bracelet, but the ball that held it tight onto my wrist became loose in a very short time and I had to continue to tighten it. The Bali eventually quit tightening and the jeweler said there’s a plastic piece missing out of the inside of the ball. They are unable to repair it and I’ve been advised to go to the Macy’s store and see if they can help me.
Beautiful, delicate bracelet and love that it is a bolo. No matter how small or big your wrist is you can size it appropriately.
It is a nice design and it is worth the money.
The chain is so fragile it broke without even being worn. Macy's was nice about accepting a return.
So so so disappointed, bought this bracelet about 6 weeks ago, one of the strands broke, which really shouldn't have happened i hadn't worn it that many times and it didn't get caught on anything.. i reached it to Macys to have them fix it but they wouldnt since it was after 30 days...not like i had it for 5 years or wore it rock climbing, bracelet should not have broken and they really should have fixed it whic they wouldnt.
