Cassadecor Signature 100% Cotton Bath Rug, 24" x 40"

I would like to return these rugs. When I received them, they smelled so badly, I had to wash them before using them. They are not attractive rugs at all. How do I go about returning them for a' refund?

They look OK, but the colors do not match. I bought a total of three rugs and the largest size yellow is not the same shade of yellow as the two that will go in front of each sink. They’re two different shades of yellow. Same rugs, same description just two different sizes. I’m very dissatisfied, but I’m not going to go through the trouble of returning them. If they were sitting side-by-side, I would have to return them, but the larger rug is over by the shower so it isn’t beside the sink rugs.

Nice rug and the color is rich brown.

Quality of rug is nice. Ordered in plum color; washed in cold water; it bleeds bad & also left color residue in dryer & excess lint in lint tray. I had to clean both appliances thoroughly. Be careful!

I love the color of this rug but it SHEDS like crazy every time I wash it!!! I would not buy it again.

Not quite the quality I expected but they are heavy enough and will do. I have to get nonskid mats for under them because they do not stay in place.

Bought two for my bathroom and they are not the same color, can tell when they are on the floor next to each other. Quality not great

Beautiful color and dreamy texture.

I love it! And I love having the option to search and order on-line!

Well-made, Matt, beautiful color nice design should be durable
