Presto® Professional EverSharp® Electric Knife Sharpener

Fantastic product! A friend has one and I was able to try it before ordering.

If you care for your knives, you may not want to use the Presto Eversharp. The three stones leave rough edges--even the honing stage. My old ChefsChoice, designed for Wusthof, is less aggressive, but it doesn't produce a wavering edge in any of the three stages.

Absolutely love this knife sharpener! Exceeded our expectations. It does a fine job, it’s easy to use and sharpness is perfect for the home kitchen. The edge lasts a good long time also, making it easy for consistent prep in the kitchen. Very dependable. It’s light enough weight too for easy carrying. Very satisfied!

I bought this about a month ago and it seems that the fine wheel is scarring up the blade. If I use the second wheel it is pretty sharp but I'd like to be able to use the fine wheel. Maybe you guys can replace this one. I had a buddy recommend this to me and his works perfect.

I just received this sharpener earlier today but it impressed me quickly. It made very quick work of putting excellent edges on my kitchen knives. Even my paring knives can now slice thru soft grapes. Many thanks!

Fine wheel is so out of tune the knives bounce and get scalloped. Certainly not using this again.

This is my second Eversharp! great product for kitchen knives and some scissors.

I have enjoyed my Presto Professional EverSharp for over 20 years. This is an indispensable tool in m opinion. I used to sharpen all my knives with a set of metal files and then a honing stone for maximum sharpness. But now for two decades I have found that this tool does an equal job in one tenth of the time. I have found that there are a few spots on the bottom of the device that can get hot if you sharpen a lot of knives sequentially. Be careful. I also find a few metal filings can gather on the counter around the device and that it is easy to wipe these up with a damp cloth. This devise is outstanding for me and it gets an A+ rating.
