DUKAP Crypto 32" Lightweight Hardside Spinner Luggage

I bought this to match one I bought years ago from Macy’s and was thrilled they still carried it!

Zip broke after 2/3 usages! Then handle popped off ( nothing packed at this point!). Called for warranty and customer care though polite informed me this is considered wear and tear! Less than one year old and used twice- and that's wear and tear! Do not waste your money . I should have read the reviews but liked the color!

If this suit case would have last me past my first trip it would have been great it ripped mid way of my trip. When I went to retrieve my suit case after a cruise they placed my suitcase wheel on top of my luggage for me The other one was still almost attached Bring duck tape

This luggage is inferior and not worth the money or time you will spend trying to get a refund. The hard shell cracked and the zipper busted on my first trip using the luggage. I do not recommend.

The first time my husband flew with it for work it got a huge gash on the top corner. I was hoping this would be stronger but I guessed wrong.

The quality of this massive suitcase is awful. Within the first few days the zipper tab just came loose. And last week, just 10 months after receiving this, one of the wheels was ripped off by the baggage handlers. Yeah, I know that those folk aren’t always careful while handling baggage, but I’ve never had a bag where the wheel ripped off, exposing the jagged screws after its third time on an airplane. Lots of bags are handled roughly every day in airports across the world and are designed and manufactured well enough to withstand what everyone knows they’re going to go through. Awful. Don’t bother unless you intend to have this piece with you and not under anyone else’s control ever. So disappointing, not just for the Dukap brand but for Macy’s to carry something of such dubious hardiness.

This suitcase was horrible. My husband purchased 2 to use on our vacation in Europe… arrived in Europe to find the wheels had broken off. Had to purchase a new suitcase. Arrived at our next location and the wheels broke off the other 1, so we had to use spare parts from 1 on the other suitcase just to make it back home. I wish I could get a refund for the 2 suitcases. I would never buy this brand again.wish I could give it zero stars.

Love the color (blue) and the space I got most of my clothing and other items in this luggage. However, I just purchased this two weeks ago . Took it on my trip and one of the wheels fell off . Also notice it doesn’t have inside side pockets for storage but decided to keep it . . Some of the threading was pulling from inside lining . I sent it back for refund but thinking of ordering again because of the space . But will probably shop around because its not worth the price .

Love this suitcase. Went away for two weeks and it’s light weight. Super easy to pull. The eight wheels gives easy mobility in any direction.

This Crypto Luggage is just great!!! is much larger than I thought it would be. You can easily fit a week or even more worth of clothes, shoes etc. It’s extremely stylish and holds up well, . The wheels are great, you won’t get stuck in any direction your pulling. The handle is just the right size. Definitely want to get the set now.
