Beautiful but Runs Small

I had to return this item because it runs extremely small. It's very pretty, though. I ordered a 34C and could not get it around my waist. I'm 5'3 and 123 lbs. Order two or three sizes up. It would be helpful to try it on first, but there isn't a Macy's close enough so I had to order online.

ridiculous sizing

I thought I would try it, but as other reviewers said, it is impossibly small in the torso and I couldn't close it. For reference, I am only 5'1" and 103 pounds and I got a 32C. I gave it 2 instead of 1 star since the quality seemed ok.
