Hotel Collection Turkish Washcloth, 13" x 13", Exclusively at Macy’s

This is a gift. I have these towels at home and love their plush feel.

These towels are the best I’ve ever had. They dry you so quickly!

For some reason, washclothes tend to wear out the fastest. The edges become frayed and holes develop. When they are new they are soft and good but they quickly fray. This is supposed to be Macy's top quality.

The texture is soft and absorb well

Order never arrived! And I started a customer service chat - that dropped after 20 min in, and then I started a (very frustrating and circular!) customer service phone call that lasted another 35 min and I was put on hold and never returned to. I was kind and in the mood to problem solve and the Macy’s rep was not knowledgeable nor making efforts to remedy. I bought the items I needed elsewhere and will think long and hard before ordering from Macy’s again- and I’m a long time customer for bath, bedding, and linens.
