I bought this mattress pad not knowing if I was going to like it. I had bought 2 other pads & returned them, they weren’t what I was looking for. Opening the mattress pad was an immediate feeling that it was going to work for me. It was an amazing purchase. The price for the item was worth it. The pad has made all the difference in sleeping comfortably, it’s quilting is so soft and cushioned. The added feature of being hypoallergenic is a plus. I already recommended this mattress pad to a relative.

sadly i don’t know the comfort level of this product. it is lost in shipping limbo. the sales associate promised me i would love it. i may never know.

Not Happy , after 8 months of use you can see dips in the bed where we sleep. We have turned the mattress religiously every 3 months. This was an expensive mattress even on sale, were not big people. My last beauty rest didnt do this after 15 yrs. You sent out someone to look at it, I never heard back from anyone, after 3 weeks I called and the response was there is no STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! I have 2 living rooms with furniture purchased from Macys, I'll never buy furniture here again. All you have to do is look at the bed to see the dips in it. Very dissapointed with Macys and your response. Not sending photos, we waited 3 to4 weeks for your inspector to come out.
