I cannot possibly give you a review because my order has yet to arrive. It was a pre-sale. My account was charged and I did not get to leave the store with the item in hand. I was told that it would be mailed to me once the 50% friends and family discount will start well. The 15% started, but I still don’t have an item.

Bad experience buying this product @ City Creek Mall in SLC today. 80% of the display products were empty. You can't explore products. I politely asked for some samples with my purchase since they weren't in gift-with-purchase mode but the two employees acted so put out. They said they didn't have any samples. But one of the employee was making a foundation sample for another customer. So I asked the employee ringing me out if she could make some samples for me, too. She was so apathetic and refused. In the end, the employee who made the other customer's sample made 2 tiny samples for me. I thanked her, of course. But I had to press her for them. It was so awkward. I didn't feel valued as a customer. I was dressed nicely. I was polite. But treated poorly. Never again. The product itself is nice but next time I won't buy from this location. Customer service at Estee Lauder has really gone down hill.

Got this month ago use it every night. I have sjogrens disease and it's a life saver for moisture.

After applying cream, under eyes look better but the cream does not leave nice smooth texture instead tiny granules over the surface.
