10k White Gold Necklace, Princess-Cut Diamond Accent Pendant

I am embarrassed to give this as a gift. It is chintcy and arrived in knots. I will be sending it back, and now have to find another gift last minute.

I ordered it on 12/12, and it said it would arrive in 3-6 business days. Here it is 12/24 and UPS says it is not even in their possession yet for delivery! So much for it being here like they said it would, which it said GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! I called Customer Service TWICE about this and they said it will be here on 12/24. If it doesn't arrive TODAY, I will never order from Macy's again. UPDATE - It finally arrived, but a week late! It is very small but I guess you get what you pay for. I expected more than this, both shipping and the item, from a Macy's store. I might as well just shop at Walmart. At least the purchases arrive when they say they will and don't falsely advertise that your purchase will arrive before Christmas. It means Christmas 2026 I guess😡. I will not be ordering from Macy's in the future. VERY unhappy!!

I am excited about this item, but can't review it because it hasn't come yet. I ordered it Dec 9, it was processed Dec 10 and I was to get it in 3-6 business days and am still waiting. It was garunteed for Christmas and I'm getting real doubtful. Sorry Maci's I won't be ordering again.

Ordered 11/29/25 for my daughters gift, It says to get delivered 3-6 business days but up to now after 3 weeks nothing came. I call customer service and they said the product not available anymore!!!! Thats a scam !!!?

It is different from the picture. Very very small upright rectangle shape, not diamond shape.

Was very disappointed. Photo was not an accurate representation of the item. I returned it as it was not what I wanted to give as a gift.

Chain very nice. Diamond incredibly small.

This necklace is very cheaply made it’s almost like it’s made for an infant. It’s so small even though it’s not costly it’s still not worth the money. If you want to take it to a pawnshop you probably get two dollars that’s how dainty it is not worth the money, the quality is not even great. I had it for two hours and it broke.
