Round-Cut Diamond Stud Earrings in 10k Yellow or White Gold (1/10 ct. t.w.)

I never received my product

I knew they'd be small, so that was no surprise; the quality is horrible. Off color (yellowish) and so included, they have no shine or sparkle. I needed 3 pairs, part of my order was cancelled and they only sent one pair. Shipping took a long time. Just overall, trash. Returning. Took a chance on Macy's jewelry one more time, regretted it one more time. Don't bother.

It was disappointing enough that the are so small you can barely see them but to add insult to injury, the backing is PLASTIC. Never seen ANY version of a gold/diamond that doesn’t have a metal post to hold it in place. This is crazy.

Tiny! I returned them. I do not recommend & would not buy them again.

I didn't receive my item still waiting for delivery

This package still hasn’t arrived. Very frustrating as contents are expensive. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I would like to cancel this order as it has been on order since 08/09. I have not received them and would like to message the seller to please cancel. There is no delivery date. Please contact me so we can cancel this long over due item. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.

False & Misleading advertising

NEVER RECEIVED! ORDERED 7/23/26. CALLED MACYS TWICE. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW ON 8/19/26.

I never received the item and they kept my money blocked for 2 weeks until I had to call and spend so much time in the phone to get it sorted out and get my money back. Not worth the effort to buy again with such high unprofessionalism!
